First Bike Ride and the Clean Air Act

First Bike Ride and Clean Air Act

Boy:  “I can’t ride a bike.”

Dad:  “Have you tried?”

Boy:  “No.  But I can’t.  It’s too hard.”

Dad:  “Son . . .  the reason why you can’t ride a bike is because you haven’t tried.  Not even Lance Armstrong can ride a bike if he doesn’t try to ride a bike.  It’s physically impossible.  Just try to ride it.  The result might surprise you.”

Think about it.  The main reason we haven’t modernized the Clean Air Act is not because it’s too hard.  It’s because we haven’t tried.  Let’s try.  The result might surprise us.

The world is changing.  We must change with it.  Time to transform the SIP process.  We can make it happen.
