SIP Reform at the Crossroads

May 7, 2012

We appear to be at a crossroads with the SIP process.  We have a choice to make.  The first is to ignore the issue and say “it’s not my problem”, “I’ve got more important things to do”, or “I might get hurt”.  For those of you who’ve read the book “The Little Engine That Could”, this is what the Shiny New Engine, the Big Strong Freight Engine, and the Tired Rusty Engine said.  The second choice is to stand at the bottom of the mountain, a small and insignificant engine, knowing that you might get hurt, and start inching your way up that mountain.

I think we can.  I think we can.  I think we can.  I think we can.
